Companies are increasingly adding coaching sessions as part of their training structure. For us, one-on-one coaching sessions are opportunities for top managers to share their ideas, frustrations, and career advancement plans in a private setting. Our role is to listen and draw the key issues out. You will do most of the talking while we give honest and straightforward constructive feedback.

The most important thing after our coaching program is to move forward. Don’t get hung up on what you did or didn’t do before; focus on what you will and can do now. We will encourage you to come up with a plan to address the issue. If you want, we can offer our support in developing your plan. You will leave the coaching session on a positive note. InCoH’s one-on-one coaching focuses on top management. All feedback will be given to you and you alone. What are you waiting for?

In addition, we do not offer organizational assessment to identify existing strengths and development areas. Thus, we will not bring our own proprietary methodologies or frameworks to guide problem identification. InCoH coaching sessions are only focused on you as an individual.
